The Spring Challenge Promo is a 6 week training program that includes 5 training days a week as well as an "Active Rest Day" if you choose to utilize it. This program is for any lifter whether you are beginner or advanced and have access to a gym. This promo does not include a personalized cardio regimin or nutritional guidance.
